11:42 p.m. RP reported a gray mountain bike with lime green rims had been stolen from the side of his house in the last couple of days.

Tuesday, October 18. 2016

6:59 a.m. OHP advised an older model tan car travelling northbound on state Highway 8 from Carmen turn off was all over the road. Deputy en route. Deputy unable to locate individual. OHP was updated.

11:25 a.m. RP advised of a black cow in the roadway east of Greer and County Road 530. Owner was contacted.

2:06 p.m. Controlled burn on County Road 630 and Logan.

4:25 p.m. Business alarm going off in Jet. Keyholder had been notified and was on her way. Deputy advised and en route. Deputy advised everything was okay.

6:23 p.m. RP wanted to know about a fire. Advised it was a controlled burn.

8:36 p.m. RP advised they needed an ambulance for a diabetic female with right eye pain and dizzy spells. Medic en route. Goltry first responders on scene. Medic with patient en route to St. Mary's Hospital in Enid.

10:05 a.m. RP requested an ambulance for an elderly woman possibly having a heart attack. Medic paged. Medic with patient en route to Bass Hospital in Enid.

2:03 p.m. Cherokee Strip Transit would like a welfare check on an 80-year-old female not answering the door or phone. Advised deputy. Deputy advised everything was okay.

2:25 p.m. RP requested a lift assist for his wife who had fallen, no injury. Paged Cherokee Fire Department.

5:44 p.m. RP called to report a male who had walked off from Cherokee Manor. Advised officer. Officer looking for the gentleman. Officer located the person and returned to Cherokee Manor.

7:14 p.m. Civil papers served.

9:33 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop

10:27 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop.

11:55 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop.

12:42 a.m. RP advised of a lady throwing things in the middle of the road. Advised OHP. Deputy drove all the way to the county line and couldn't find anyone.

10:59 a.m. Controlled burn at County Road 520 and Craig Road.

11:09 a.m. Controlled burn at County Road 630 and Logan Road.

11:53 a.m. RP advised of a dog loose by her house and wanted it picked up. Advised City Hall.

1:30 p.m. RP stated a man in a gray Ford extended cab and just came to her house and trying to sell meat and a freezer and was acting strange. Headed south when they left. Advised deputy.

1:37 p.m. RP advised a suspicious person came to her back door and rang the door bell and wiggled the knob. The individual was wearing a ball cap, white shirt and blue jeans. Advised deputy.

4:39 p.m. RP advised of a medical emergency in the 300 block of Ohio. Medic en route. Medic with patient en route to Bass Hospital in Enid.

4:59 p.m. RP advised of dogs out this morning and never had an officer come by and the dog has bitten their son once before and tried to bite the son again this morning. Notified officer.

5:49 p.m. RP advised of some children playing in the back seat of a truck in the Carmen area. Worried the children would cause an accident. Advised OHP.

6:01 p.m. RP advised of some teenagers playing in the road in front of United in Cherokee. Advised officer.

9:07 p.m. RP stated there was a head of cattle out 2.5 miles south of Jet black top on County Road 720. Called possible owner.

11:23 p.m. RP stated an ambulance was needed in Helena for a male with a kidney problem. Medic paged. Medic with patient en route to St. Mary's Hospital in Enid.

10:59 p.m. Controlled burn in Helena.

11:40 p.m. RP advised of a dog out front of her house and wanted an officer to come get it. Officer en route. Called possible owner.

12:30 p.m. Cherokee Manor needed medic for a male with head pains. Medic with patient en route to St. Mary's Hospital in Enid.

4:17 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on state Highway 8.

4:29 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on Carmen blacktop.

5:19 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop on Cottonwood bridge.

5:30 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at state Highway 45.

5:34 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop at Grand and Harmon.

6:23 p.m. RP called about a protective order she had in Jet. RP advised the person was at her house in Jet. RP did not live there but her daughter does. Advised the person was not allowed where she resided but can be at the house where his wife resided. Advised deputy.

9:55 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop at Grand and Harmon.

9:53 a.m. RP advised there was trash in the road on Massachusetts between Fourth Street and Fifth Street. Advised there was also a dead cat in the road.

4 p.m. RP advised of a fender bender, no injuries. OHP was advised.

6:32 p.m. Cherokee Manor needed an ambulance for a man who had fallen twice and hit his head and oxygen levels were low. Medic with patient en route to St. Mary's Hospital in Enid.

6:50 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at state Highway 45 and state Highway 8 junction.

12:03 a.m. RP came in and advised he had a warrant for his arrest and wanted to turn himself in. Advised an officer. Negative results.

1:12 a.m. RP advised he had been threatened by an individual and if he showed up the RP would shoot to protect his family. The person who threatened him was known to the RP. The person may have been under the influence. RP said he was tired of living in fear from threats and was going to take care of the problem. He was standing on his front porch with a shotgun in his hands. Advised deputy and OHP. RP advised a vehicle had pulled up to the north end of the road and he could some someone pointing in his direction and then the vehicle backed up and pulled away from the street corner.

5:28 a.m. RP advised of three cows out. Called possible owner.

10:57 a.m. Controlled burn north of Helena on state Highway 58.

4:19 p.m. RP advised there was a domestic going on at Third Street and Maple in Jet. Man had been beating on his wife and there was a a man trying to protect the wife. Husband was kicking the car and slamming the door and kicking the dog, etc. Deputy en route.
