9:42 a.m. Reporting party (RP) called in a controlled burn across from state park.

11:16 a.m. RP was involved in an accident where his vehicle was rear ended and he moved his vehicle but the other vehicle was still at the scene of the accident. Advised sheriff and OHP.

5:20 p.m. RP advised several black and brown cows were by the Cherokee Cemetery. They were going to make a phone call and have someone call back in if they knew who the possible owner was. RP called back and advised there were two pickups at the location.

12:22 p.m. OHP advised a lady was walking on U.S. Highway 64, 3 miles west of Nash, and advised Alfalfa and Grant counties. She appeared to be mad, didn't see any vehicle around. Sheriff en route. Sheriff went into Grant County and didn't see anything and went back to the county line road and went north. Sheriff went to the Jiffy Trip. Sheriff advised a man had picked her up and they went towards Nash, Everything seemed to be okay.

12:54 p.m. RP was having a controlled burn at County Road 580 and Choctaw.

3:36 p.m. Lady wanted an ambulance to take her to the hospital for flu. Has cramps and vomiting. Paged medic. Medic with patient and en route to Share Medical Center in Alva.

4:32 p.m. 911 call, advised she had accidentally hit and killed the neighbor's cat and neighbor was upset and supposedly made threats. RP would like an officer. Another call came in and it was the cat owner and advised the neighbor had run over her and killed her cat. She wanted an officer. Officer en route. Officer advised everything was okay for now and was going to the office to get statement forms for both ladies to fill out.

12:34 a.m. RP advised he had been involved in an accident by hitting a cow north of Cherokee, near the airport. Medic was paged and Cherokee Fire Department en route. RP didn't want an ambulance.

12:42 a.m. RP advised of a reckless driver driving on the wrong side of the road with it's hazard lights on and it turned on State Highway 8, going south towards Aline. Advised OHP and Major County.

2:31 a.m. Pioneer Alarm Company advised of residential alarm going off in Carmen. Advised sheriff. Sheriff en route. Pioneer Alarm Company called back and advised everything was okay and owner went to check and everything was fine. Advised sheriff.

3:24 a.m. RP advised her 3 year old was having trouble breathing and has a history of asthma. Paged medic. Medic and officer en route. Medic with patient en route to St. Mary's.

6:13 a.m. RP wanted a welfare check on a man. They haven't seen or heard from him since Friday. Advised officer.

6:23 a.m. RP advised of cattle out half a mile north on State Highway 8. Called possible owner.

6:55 a.m. Officer at the residence that had been called about earlier for a welfare check. Officer advised the lights were on now and he was going to attempt to make contact. Officer advised he made contact with the subject and everything was okay.

10:37 a.m. Medical emergency for elderly woman who was with family and got dizzy and fell. Advised she had started repeating herself and was confused. Requested an ambulance. Paged Helena ambulance and Aline First Responders. Medic en route to Fairview.

11:45 a.m. 911 call from a female that had been beaten by her husband and he was still on the premises. She requested an ambulance. Advised sheriff and paged Helena first responders and Carmen first responders to start with and dispatched Cherokee ambulance. RP refused medic. Sheriff advised all was okay and waiting on DHS.

11:47 a.m. RP stated he drove by a residence that had the door standing open and appeared no one was home. Advised officer. Officer at the residence. Officer advised the door had been closed and locked by a neighbor.

1:49 p.m. RP stated a calf got struck sometime during the night and it had fallen down into the Canyon and he knew it had at least one leg broken and cannot get it out safely. He wanted to know if he could put it down. Notified officer and gave him the information. He said he would talk to the RP. Officer called back and advised the RP was going to put the calf down.

3:48 p.m. RP advised a Dodge Intrepid was driving at a high rate of speed on Pennsylvania in Cherokee. RP advised her kids were in the yard playing. One adult male yelled for the driver to slow down. RP advised that the driver stopped the vehicle and got out and had threatened him. RP just wanted to make a report of it. Advised officer.

3:52 p.m. RP advised there were 12 head of cattle out. Contacted possible owner.

4:02 p.m. RP had lost two dogs. They got out of the back yard. Advised the officer. One was found north of the Sales Barn but the other was still missing.

5:35 p.m. Vance Air Force Base advised a fire alarm went off this morning and would like someone to go by and check it out. Advised Nash Fire Department chief. Advised all was okay. Advised Vance AFB.

6:30 p.m. RP advised they had hit a cow or two just east of Capron Cemetery. Transferred to Woods County.

6:50 p.m. RP advised of a black pick up had backed into her driveway and left. It was then at the end of the block with the engine running.

10:30 p.m. RP advised his carbon monoxide detector kept going off. He has checked the batteries, etc. Advised Goltry fire chief.

11:33 p.m. OHP advised that first RP called and reported he was attacked at a residence in Nescatunga and that his vehicle was damaged and he would like to talk to an officer. Second RP called and advised that a passenger with the first RP was being kept against her will and she would like to talk to an officer. Advised sheriff and deputy.

11:50 p.m. RP advised her husband had not been feeling well all day but when she went to bed, he was burning up. She thinks he may have the flu. She asked for an ambulance to come and check him out. Medic was paged. Medic on scene. Medic with patient and en route to St. Mary's Hospital in Enid.

2:39 a.m. Dal Security Company called and advised a front door alarm was going off. Called and talked to the keyholder. Everything was okay.

8:27 a.m. RP stated there was a white dog trapped in her back yard and it belongs to her next-door neighbor and it had bitten her son a month ago and wanted something done about it. She advised the dog chased her grandson the day before. Advised officer of the situation and gave him the contact information. Officer at the neighbor’s house.

10:04 a.m. 911 call, Cherokee Manor advised a female with a significant change in mental status to transport to St. Mary's for evaluation. Paged medic. Medic with patient en route to St. Mary's Hospital.

2:33 p.m. RP stated his neighbor's dog tried to attack a friend that was at his house and requested an officer to do something. Informed sheriff and deputy of situation. Deputy en route to Jet.

3:22 p.m. RP reported four-wheelers riding around in Amorita. Wanted to know what can be done about it. Advised sheriff.

11:16 p.m. RP advised cows were out on Dewey Road, 1 miles west of State Highway 8. Called and advised owner.

7:41 a.m. Multiple calls about livestock in the middle of the road and RP's tried several times to contact owners in the area.

11:28 a.m. Controlled burn on County Road 700 and U.S. Highway 64.

2:14 p.m. Controlled burn on County Road 630 between Blaine and Beckham.

4:46 p.m. Attempted to serve civil papers. Made negative contact but advised of correct address.

5:35 p.m. RP stated there was a dead deer on highways 11 and 38 in the eastbound lane. Received another call that was an accident involving a deer in the same vivacity.

5:40 p.m. RP stated someone had hit a deer on Highway 38. Vehicle in the roadway. Child was on board. Teletyped OHP and paged medic. Medic and Nescatunga Fire Department en route. Deputy advised and en route.

6:55 p.m. RP wanted to report a reckless driver in Carmen, who sped out in front of his house but was no longer there. Identified the driver and vehicle he was driving. Advised deputy.

6:56 p.m. Deputy attempted to serve civil papers. Made negative contact.

7:02 p.m. Civil papers served.

10:58 p.m. RP stated there was a wreck, she was unsure of her location. Upon asking some questions, it was determined they were on the curves north of Helena on Highway 58. There was a black truck and a farm truck involved. One man was limping. Deputy en route. Paged medic and Helena Fire Department. RP advised the accident was at the end of the Jet blacktop. Notified all parties of the location. Tried to call the RP back. Negative contact. Called the Enid Police Department and they stated the accident was west of Goltry, east of Helena, on Jet blacktop road. Medic stated they would be transporting. Medic en route to Bass Hospital. Advised the wreckers were moving vehicles.

9:31 a.m. Controlled burn county roads 600 and 610 on Lambert blacktop.

11:51 a.m. Deputies were going to Nescatunga for a welfare check. Negative contact.

4:37 p.m. RP advised of a fire 5 miles south of Cherokee. Cherokee Fire Department and Carmen Fire Department paged. Cherokee Fire Department advised it was under control, except for some hot spots.

6:47 p.m. RP advised a pride truck went by his house at 90 mph and he will keep reporting it and wants a deputy to come down. Deputies were advised.

5:42 p.m. RP stated his dog got loose, it was a boxer. Advised officer. Officer returned dog to its owner.

9:28 p.m. RP requested an ambulance for a male having high blood sugar levels. Medic en route. Medic with patient en route to Bass Hospital in Enid.

7:04 a.m. RP advised there was a truck from Carmen that drives past his house, several times a day that is speeding. Advised deputy.

11:26 a.m. RP advised there were two cows out just north of town by the overpass. Advised possible owner.

3:17 p.m. RP advised of a two-vehicle accident, unknown injuries at the time. Paged medic and Carmen first responders. Deputy and medic en route. Deputy advised the highway was not blocked. All units headed back from scene.

4:37 p.m. RP advised of 10 heads of cattle out on the highway. Owner was contacted.

5:02 p.m. RP advised of a reckless driver going down the dirt road at 70–80 mph. No description of the vehicle. Advised deputy.

5:31 p.m. Civil papers served.

7:07 p.m. RP requested welfare check on her aunt, who lived 4 miles south of Jet. Deputy advised and en route. RP 's aunt called advised she was fine.

8:19 p.m. Civil papers served.
