Jesus Aguayo, 33, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty Dec. 12, 2017, to DUI in case CM-17-166. Defendant has been sentence to one-year imprisonment; under the custody and control of Woods County Sheriff. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,278.08.

Danial Joseph Cook, 37, Alva: Defendant has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance in case CF-16-121. The defendant stipulated to application to revoke suspended sentence to CF-05-38 and sentenced to 20 years suspended except four-year incarceration in Department of corrections, and it is in the best interest of justice that his case be dismissed.
