The sign up to run for city council is this week. To all that have griped about the way the city does things, whether right or wrong, now is the time to get off your duff and see if you have what it takes to make a difference. I am too old and tired to run. I think most of the council members do the best they can for Alva, but a change of the guard sometimes puts a different perspective on things.
