Photos from: Grass Fire East of Kiowa




This grass fire started raging just east of Kiowa, Kansas, mid-afternoon Tuesday in winds that gusted beyond 50 mph. The flames threatened some country homes as a host of volunteers battled the blaze. No other details were available at press time.
