SMOKY DELIGHT – A highlight of Hardtner's Fourth of July celebration is always when the pit BBQ beef (and, this year, pork also) is pulled from the embers and served in Achenbach Park. Cutting the steaming, falling-apart meat is Neal Gugelmeyer, while Holly Gerber, Tayla McNally and Meagan Henry help wrap and serve the sandwiches.
