Photos from: Alva man charged with manslaughter in fatal collision

The driver of the semi in this March 23, 2015, collision on U.S. Highway 64 east of Camp Houston was charged with second degree manslaughter on Feb. 3 in Woods County. A passenger in the pickup was ejected and died at the scene.
