Rangers stumble on the road against the Muleriders

MAGNOLIA, Arkansas – After a great offensive performance from Northwestern Oklahoma State football, the Rangers were on the road for Week Two to try and pick up win No. 2 and their first victory against Southern Arkansas University (SAU) since entrance into Division II.

Northwestern had a rough start to the first quarter; though they had first possession, Reid Miller fumbled on a two-yard sack as SAU recovered on Northwestern’s 28-yard line.

Despite that good field position, the Rangers’ defense held the Muleriders to just three points as their 23-yard field goal was good from Bradford Grems....
