RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. (Oct. 11, 2017) - Sandra Nabweteme has been named the Great American Conference's Offensive Player of the Week for her performances last week against Southern Nazarene and Oklahoma Baptist.

Nabweteme (Kampala, Uganda) led the Bulldogs to a 2-0 week last week, beating the Crimson Storm and Lady Bison to move back into first place in the GAC standings. The freshman scored both goals against SNU, en route to a 2-0 victory. Two days later, she netted two more goals in SWOSU's overtime thriller against OKBU.
