Lady Eagles control game, but fall at Rogers State in finale

CLAREMORE, Okla. (Oct. 29, 2016) – Oklahoma Christian beat Rogers State in every area but the scoreboard on Saturday afternoon in the Lady Eagles' soccer season finale.

OC outshot Rogers State 19-8 and held a 4-0 advantage in corner kicks, but it was the Hillcats who scored the decisive goal in the 79th minute to leave Solider Field as 2-1 winners. The Lady Eagles ended the season at 4-12-2 overall and 2-10-2 in Heartland Conference play.
