Report: Oklahoma manhunt subject killed by gunshot to neck

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma's state medical examiner's office says the man who led officers on a weeklong manhunt died from a gunshot wound to the neck.

Amy Elliott, a spokeswoman for the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, says Michael Vance Jr.'s death on Sunday was ruled a homicide. Elliott said Wednesday that a full report is still pending but could show how many times Vance was shot by officers.
