One advantage of being so old is to see history repeating itself – such as people promoting the killing of police.

Fifty years ago, more or less, there was a movement promoting killing police and military trainees and burning the U.S. flag.

There was one rich singer who got richer by singing a song saying he had killed an officer. He actually was convicted and jailed. The anti-police and military movement got a lot of publicity.
