Victor O. "Vic" Englett, 30, Blair, passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2016, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. on Monday, December 19, 2016, at the Martha Road Baptist Church with Don Hervey and Kevin Baker officiating. Services and cremation are under the care of the Kincannon Funeral Home.
