On Dec. 1, the Kiowa District Hospital Board of Directors held a special meeting (via phone conference) that immediately entered executive session and lasted about 30 minutes.

The board approved extending an offer to a mid-level practitioner and to grant KDH CEO Margaret Grismer the discretion to negotiate within board parameters.

All board members were on the phone conference call including: Chairman Brenna May, Chantae Simpson, Jeff Miller, Pat Myers and Jim Parker. Grismer was also on the call.
