ADA – In a game that saw a combined 82 free-throws and seven technical fouls called, the East Central University men's basketball team earned a 94-84 win over Texas A&M-Commerce at the Kerr Activities Center.

Senior Braxton Reeves had the game of his career with 40 points, four assists and two steals. The 40 points rank No. 4 in the Tiger's (5-4) record book for points by an individual, with the highest at 44 by Roland Miller (Feb. 19, 1998). Reeves went 11-for-11 from the charity stripe, accounting for 38 percent of ECU's total free throws (29) attempted in the game.
