Death penalty sought in Oklahoma interstate shootings

ARAPAHO, Okla. (AP) — Prosecutors will seek the death penalty for a Texas man charged with shooting two people to death as they drove on Interstate 40 in Oklahoma.
Custer County prosecutors provided notice Friday — exactly one year after the shooting — that they'll seek the death penalty for 37-year-old Jeremy Doss Hardy of Pasadena, Texas.
