BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota's largest industry was also the biggest contributor to Gov. Doug Burgum's inaugural celebration.
That's according to a review of a list of sponsors provided by the governor's office in response to a request from The Associated Press, which showed $215,000 was raised for the event from 37 sponsors — most of them oil-related companies.
