SEARCY, Arkansas - The University of Arkansas at Monticello women's basketball team was defeated on the road by Harding University in a Great American Conference match-up by a final score of 57-43.
The Blossoms (10-11, 7-10 GAC) held a 24-21 lead over the Bisons of Harding (19-3, 16-1 GAC) at the half in this contest after solid defensive play saw HU only shot 33 percent from the field. The third quarter however was a different story as the Bisons outscored UAM 20-0 in the period to take a 41-24 lead. Despite a close fourth quarter, Harding was able to seal the victory over Arkansas-Monticello...
