According to the affidavits and petitions on file, the following individuals have been charged. An individual is innocent of any charges listed below until proven guilty in a court of law. All information is a matter of public record and may be obtained by anyone during regular hours at the Woods County Courthouse. Felony Filings

Chad Eric Tune, 19, Waynoka, has been charged with soliciting sexual conduct or communication with minor and two counts of violation of Oklahoma statue via computer ($1,296).

Miranda Jo Gilliand, 34, Freedom, has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances (meth) after former conviction of a felony ($582.15).

Misdemeanor Filings

Colby Vaughn Ross, 35, Waynoka, has been charged with driving with license revoked, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and inattentive driving ($823.25).

Edward Quixote Jones, 35, Cherokee, has been charged with assault and battery on a peace officer and resisting an officer ($576.75).

Taylor Renee Morris, 21, Arleta, California, has been charged with possession of paraphernalia ($429).

Maxwell Donald Kaey, Omaha, Nebraska, has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances (marijuana) and possession of paraphernalia ($931.15).

Civil Filings

World Acceptance Corporation vs. Brandon Melkus, Freedom: money judgment for an amount $10,000 or less ($229.14).

Traffic Filings

Colby Vaughn Ross, Waynoka, has been cited for failure to provide security verification ($235.25).

Kale Benjamin Girty, Kiowa, Kansas, has been cited for left of center ($235.25).

Taylor Michael Valentiner, Helena, has been cited for operating a motor vehicle at a speed not right and proper ($280.25).

Justin Lewis Dowdy, Alva, has been cited for speeding 75 in a 65 mph zone ($210.75).
