Charles R. Zeilman Jr., 48, Alva, has been charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle ($403.08).

Phillp Dwayne Persinger, 55, Waynoka, has been charged with child abuse by injury ($10,531.99).

John Robert West II, 43, Dacoma, has been charged with 11 counts of obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check and engaging in a pattern of criminal offences ($3,768).

Misdemeanor Filings

Charles P. Zeilman Jr., 48, Alva, has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol ($872.75).

Shane Taylor Dupree, 33, Capron, has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol ($926.83).

Amy Sue Smith, 55, Cherokee, has been charged with two counts of obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check ($525.50.

Armando Mata, 23, Mooreland, has been charged with obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check ($262.75).

Paige Lenae Hood, no information, has been charged with seven counts of obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check ($1,839.25).

Ronnie Raymond Ware, 27, Alva, has been charged with obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check ($262.75).

Jeremiah James Harris, 35, Waynoka, has been charged with obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check ($262.75).
