Weevils Sweep Storm: Southern Nazarene swept at Arkansas-Monticello

MONTICELLO, Ark. — Southern Nazarene dropped both games of a doubleheader at Arkansas-Monticello falling 4-1 in the opener and 11-0 in the nightcap.
Austin Cooper went 2-for-2 in the opener as he led the way for SNU with two of the Storm's five hits.
Monticello scored one each of the first two innings to lead 2-0 before pushing it to 4-0 in the bottom of the fourth. SNU got on the board in the top of the fifth on a Dillion Feland bunt single that scored Garrett Perez. That was the only time the Storm touched the plate though.
Neither team scored the rest of the way.
