Women's Tennis Splits Road Matches

 


SAN ANTONIO, Texas – No. 47 Southeastern closed out its three-match road swing through Texas by splitting its weekend contests, falling to No. 9 St. Mary's 5-0 before rebounding with a 5-0 victory over Laredo on Saturday afternoon in San Antonio, Texas.

The split moves the Savage Storm to 5-1 on the season as they will return home on March 9 to face Ferris State at the Southeastern Tennis Complex.

Against the Rattlers SE was swept in doubles play, with the duo of Anna Buiukian and Samantha Coquinos playing the closest match in an 8-5 loss at number two doubles.
