Eagles pounce on Southeastern early, roll to road win

DURANT, Okla. (March 21, 2017) – Oklahoma Christian sent 15 batters to the plate and scored nine runs in the second inning, propelling the Eagles to a 15-9 win over Southeastern Oklahoma State on Tuesday afternoon at The Ballpark in Durant.

Ten Eagles had at least one hit, with sophomore Josh Garbrecht leading the way with three and freshman Gabe Rodery adding two, including an inside-the-park home run in the sixth inning. The win against a usually strong Southeastern squad snapped a four-game losing streak for OC (14-14).
