Lawsuit: KU professor sexually harassed theater student

LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) — A former University of Kansas theater student has filed a lawsuit alleging the school failed to investigate his sexual harassment claims against a professor.
The former student alleges a professor invited him to his home for dinner in 2015, while he still attending the school, and falsely told him other students would be in attendance, The Kansas City Star (http://bit.ly/2nbk339 ) reported. The man alleges the professor was intoxicated, forcefully kissed him and grabbed his genitals.
A university investigation of the incident was never completed, according to the lawsuit....
