HSU Men's Golf Finishes Third at Natural State Golf Classic

In the final regular-season tournament, the Henderson State men's golf team placed third at the Natural State Golf Classic in Heber Springs.
The Reddies shot 7-over par, 291 as team on Tuesday and finished with a 36-hole total of 583.
Arkansas Tech won the 12-team tournament with a team score of 576 (+8), followed by Harding at 579 (+11) and Henderson (+15).
Nick Shapiro led Henderson with a 143 total after shooting 1-under par 71 on Tuesday to tie for fourth-place. Shapiro totaled a team-best 25 pars for the tournament.
