Misdemeanor Filings

Ryan James Circle, 26, Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance; unlawful possession of paraphernalia; driving while license is under supsension and possession of controlled dangerous substance without tax stamp affixed ($823.25).

Jake Tyler Circle, 24, Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance; unlawful possession of paraphernalia and possession of controlled dangerous substance without tax stamp affixed ($1,121).

Civil Filings
