ECU Volleyball Falls in Second Day of Washburn Invitational

TOPEKA, KAN. – The East Central University volleyball team dropped two matches in the second day of the Washburn Invitational. The Tigers (0-4) first fell to Pittsburg State 3-0 (22-25, 13-25, 22-25) and then to Drury 3-1 (20-25, 27-25, 16-26, 18-25).
ECU was paced by senior Alex Campbell, with 21 kills, five digs and two block assists. Junior Karina Erreguin added 14 kills, three service aces, four digs and four (1-3 blocks). Defensively, the Tigers were led by senior Lily Porsa, with 38 digs and two service aces.
