Bison Win Five Events at North Texas

LEWISVILLE, Texas – (Full Results) Oklahoma Baptist won five of the 10 swimming events at the North Texas Relays Friday night at the Westside Aquatic Center.
The Bison took first in three events that will be featured at the NCAA Division II Championships and two non-championship events. OBU competed against Oklahoma Christian and Division I opponent Southern Methodist. As a team, the Bison finished second with 396 points and SMU won the meet at 434 points.
"This is the best we've ever performed at the North Texas Relays," said OBU Head Coach Dr. Samuel Freas. "We had very good meet."
