Southern Nazarene falls 3-1 to Northwestern Oklahoma State

BETHANY, Okla. — Meagan Chase notched her fourth goal of the season, but it wasn't enough as Southern Nazarene fell 3-1 to Northwestern Oklahoma State.

The Rangers (3-7-1, 2-3 GAC) were outshot by the Crimson Storm (2-8, 0-4 GAC) 18-15 for the game, but had three more shots on goal. Karla Lopez got things going in the 18th minute, as she gave NWOSU an early 1-0 lead. Just two minutes before halftime, Chase scored on a beautiful cross from Ashley Owens to tie the game.

Northwestern Oklahoma State scored two more goals in the second half to put the game out of reach for Southern Nazarene. Yazmin...
