Harding Men's Cross-Country Wins Lois Davis Invitational

MAGNOLIA, Ark. – Harding men's cross-country won for the first time in four meets this season Friday, defeating five other teams in claiming the team title at the Lois Davis Invitational, hosted by Southern Arkansas University.
Harding senior Lucas Goodspeed led the Bisons in the 8K race, placing second in 26 minutes 36 seconds. Hassan Chepkwony of Grambling won in 25:57.
Harding placed four runners in the top nine and took the team competition with 36 points. Southern Arkansas was second with 51 points, and Grambling was third at 64.
