SHAWNEE, OKLA. – The East Central University men's cross country team placed second, of eight teams, at the 2017 Oklahoma Baptist University Invite.

The Tigers finished with 57 points, which was 27 points behind first place, Oklahoma Baptist. ECU finished in front of Southern Nazarene another team from the Great American Conference at the meet (135).
