Lady Rangers get season underway with exhibition match-up in Tulsa

TULSA, Okla. – The Northwestern Oklahoma State women's basketball team opened their season in an exhibition match-up against Division I foe Oral Roberts University and were defeated by a final score of 109-60.
Guard Jade Jones began her Ranger career in style with 21 points as the Rangers struggled to get going early. Senior Kori Barrios also reached double digit scoring, posting 10 points while hitting 2-of-4 from behind the three-point line.
The Rangers shot just 27 percent from the field on 17-of-63 shooting while the Golden Eagles shot 56 percent on 40-of-71 shots. The Lady Rangers got dow...
