OBU had six players reach double figures in the contest. Joining Edge were McKenzie Cooper with 15, Autumn Avina with 12, Lexi Williams with 11 and Shaylan Coleman and Monae Smith with 10 apiece.

The game witnessed 22 lead changes and nine ties, but OBU never trailed from the midpoint of the third quarter.

The Lady Muleriders led 57-54 with 8:21 left in the third quarter but the Lady Bison got four Edge free throws and a basket by Sydney Hein to take a 69-63 lead with 4:51 remaining.

SAU rallied back and tied the game at 71-71 heading into the fourth quarter.
