RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - Despite playing just two games last weekend due to weather cancellations, Southern Arkansas again claimed one of the league's weekly top performers as freshman infielder Sarah Pitre was named the Great American Conference's Freshman of the Week per the conference offices on Tuesday morning. The honor is the first collegiate accolade for Pitre in her career and comes following a powerful weekend at the plate.
