Reddies Come Up Short in Finale against Oklahoma Baptist

Henderson State could not overcome a six-run deficit as Oklahoma Baptist beat the Reddies 6-3, Monday at Clyde Berry Field in Arkadelphia, Ark.

The Bison won the three game series after splitting on Sunday with the Reddies, improving to 10-3 overall and 5-1 in Great American Conference play. Henderson fell to 7-6 on the year and 4-2 in league play.

Oklahoma Baptist scored three runs in the opening inning with the big hit being a double by Juan Gonzalez.

The Bison tacked on a run in the fourth thanks to a solo home run by Garrett McKee, and two more in the fifth with the help of a Kaden Betsch...
