Montrell Williams advances to Dark Horse Dunker semifinals

 


RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - Arkansas Tech senior Montrell Williams has advanced to the semifinal round of the Dark Horse Dunker competition, after beating Tim Bond of Eastern Michigan 50.6 to 49.4 percent in the second round of the competition.

Williams moves on to face Tom Lacey of Navy in a semifinal matchup. On the other side of the bracket, Purchase College's Max Pearce faces off against Elon's Dmitri Thompson.

Semifinal voting is open now at www.darkhorsedunker.com and will be open until noon on Wednesday, March 8.

The winner of the overall fan vote will move on to participate in the State Farm...
