Golden Suns Limit SWOSU in Friday Doubleheader

WEATHERFORD, Okla. – Arkansas Tech defeated SWOSU twice on Friday, with the Dawgs dropping the opener 6-1 before battling to the final pitch in a 3-2 setback in the night cap. Following the losses, SWOSU has been mathematically eliminated from postseason contention.
SWOSU (12-37, 12-27 GAC) will conclude the 2018 season on Saturday with a doubleheader against Arkansas Tech beginning at 11:00 am. In between games, the Bulldogs lone senior – Rileigh Ricken – will be honored as part of Senior Day festivities.
