Timothy Ralph Russell, 63, Waynoka: Defendant pleaded guilty on March 7, 2018, to possession of controlled dangerous substance in case CF-16-68. Defendant has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. Defendant shall pay total fees and costs of $5,740.72.

Lynn Elloy Logsdon, 56, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty March 8, 2018, to distribution of controlled dangerous substance (meth) within 2,000 feet of a school in case CF-16-86. Defendant has been sentenced to five years imprisonment under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. Defendant shall pay total fees and costs of $6,465.02.

Benjamin Ezra Selfridge, 37, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty March 7, 2018, to attempting to manufacture controlled substance (hashish) in case CF-17-27. Defendant has been sentenced to five years imprisonment under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. Defendant shall pay total fees and costs of $16,067.79.

Bennie Leo Benson, 55, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty March 26, 2018, to abuse/exploitation of vulnerable adult and violation of Oklahoma statute via computer in case CF-17-61. Defendant has been sentenced to two years imprisonment for Count 1 and sentenced to a term of four years imprisonment under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. Defendant shall pay total fees and costs of $833.98.

Christina Ann Richardson, 28, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty March 27, 2018, to child neglect in case CF-17-137. Defendant has been sentenced to 15 years imprisonment; with all except the first 120 days suspended under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. Defendant to receive credit for time served in Dewey and Woods County jails. Defendant shall pay total fees and costs of $6,507.07.

Lynn Elloy Logsdon, 56, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty March 8, 2018, to maintaining place for keeping/selling controlled dangerous substance in case CF-17-147. Defendant has been sentenced to five years imprisonment under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. Defendant shall pay total fees and costs of $1,060.25.

Lynn Elloy Logsdon, 56 Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty March 8, 2018, to distribution of controlled dangerous substance in case CF-17-148. Defendant has been sentenced to five years imprisonment under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. Defendant shall pay total fees and costs of $ 6,481.27.

Darrell Eugene Beachy, 33, Wright, Kansas: Defendant pleaded guilty April 26, 2018, to uttering a forged instrument in case CF-06-83. Defendant has been sentenced to five years imprisonment under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $4,828.02.

Jason Scott Smith, 27, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty April 25, 2018, to violation of Oklahoma statute via computer, AFC2F in case CF-17-74. Defendant has been sentenced to 15 years imprisonment, with all except the first six years suspended under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. These terms to be served concurrent to Woods County CF-2017-75, CF-14-41 and CF-14-6. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $18,607.52.

Jason Scott Smith, 27, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty April 25, 2018, to distribution of controlled dangerous substance (meth), second/subsequent offense in case CF-17-75. Defendant has been sentenced to 15 years imprisonment, with all except the first six years suspended, under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,296.50.

Cody Shane Glitsch, 29, Woodward: Defendant pleaded guilty April 26, 2018, to educational neglect in case CF-17-138. Defendant has been sentenced to 15 years imprisonment under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. These terms to run concurrent to CF-18-24. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $7,707.04.

Devn Ray Rittenhouse, 23, Woodward: Defendant pleaded guilty April 25, 2018, to burglary second degree in case CF-18-16. Defendant has been sentenced to nine years imprisonment, with all except the first six years suspended, under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. These terms to be served concurrently to Woods County CF-18-17, CF-18-17, CF-17-70, CF-15-96 and CF-13-114. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $4,451.38.

Clint Edward Redding, 37, Duncan: Defendant pleaded guilty March 7, 2018, to embezzlement in case CM-07-322. Defendant had been sentenced to one year under the direction and control of Woods County Sheriff's Department. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $285.13.

Samuel Dean Selman, 52, Enid: Defendant pleaded guilty March 27, 2018, to driving a motor vehicle while license is under suspension in case CM-10-43. Defendant has been sentenced to one year imprisonment under the custody and control of the Woods County Sheriff's Department, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. These terms to be served consecutively to CF-08-43. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $503.02.

Matthew Allen Edwards, 30, Waynoka: Defendant pleaded guilty March 7, 2018, to obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check in case CM-10-183. Defendant has been sentenced to one year imprisonment, under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $2,390.03.

Brian Keith Tidwell, 29, Waynoka: Defendant pleaded guilty March 26, 2018, to assault and battery in case CM-10-206. Defendant has been sentenced to 90 days imprisonment under the custody and control of the Woods County Sheriff's Department, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. Defendant shall pay total fees and costs of $686.07.

Anthony Clifton Stewart, 30, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty March 26, 2018, to DUI in case CM-13-90. Defendant has been sentenced to one year imprisonment under the custody and control of Woods County Sheriff's Department, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,209.23.

Anthony Clifton Stewart, 30, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty March 26, 2018, to public intoxication in case CM-14-270. Defendant has been sentenced to a term of 30 days (Count 1), 30 days (Count 2) and one year (Count 3) under the direction and control of the Woods County Sheriff's Department, with the balance of time only suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation. Defendant shall pay total fees and costs of $2,328.20.

Lynn Elloy Logsdon, 56, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty March 8, 2018, to possession of controlled dangerous substance (meth), possession of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia in case CM-17-201. Defendant has been sentenced to one year imprisonment under the custody and control of the Woods County Sheriff's Department, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court, these terms to run consecutive to each other and concurrent to F-16-86, CF-17-147 and CF-17-148. Defendant shall pay total fees and costs of $1,562.00.

Robin Lynette Metcalf, 48, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty March 28, 2018, to possession of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and public intoxication in case CM-18-7. Defendant has been sentenced to a term of one year imprisonment (Count 1) and sentenced to a term of 30 days imprisonment under the custody and control of the Woods County Sheriff's Department, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. These terms to sever concurrently to each other and consecutively to CM-13-3. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,013.73.

Jennifer Michelle Arnold, 35, Alva: Defendant has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance in presence of a minor or within 1,000 feet of a school in case CF-16-11. The defendant has pled guilty to CM-15-221 and sentenced to a one-year sentence per count running consecutively, in the District Court, and it is in the best interest of justice that this case be dismissed, upon payment of cost and assessments. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $533.90.

Derek Lynn Bell, 35, Westcliffe, Colorado: Defendant has been charged with fraudulent removal of property in case CM-14-267. The defendant pled guilty in CF-14-76 and CF-14-78 and sentenced to a five-year deferred sentence running concurrently, in the District Court, and it is in the best interest of justice that this case be dismissed upon payment of costs and assessments. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $304.

Estela Maria Holguin, 25, Freedom: Defendant has been charged with domestic abuse – assault and battery in case CM-17-72. Said defendant entered into deferred prosecution agreement with District Attorney’s Officer, without prejudice and without cost or assessments.

Lorenzo Lazarin Ceniceros, 46: Defendant has been charged with burning in drought emergency condition in case CM-18-27. Said dismissal will best serve the ends of justice, upon payment of costs and assessments. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $276.50.

Sandra Dawn Holcombe, 29, Enid: Defendant has been charged with harboring fugitive from justice in case CF-17-51. The court has deferred the sentenced for five years. Defendant shall pay total fees and costs of $1,991.85.

William E. Dickey Jr., 66, Alva: Defendant has been charged with stalking in violation of court order in case CF-16-76. The court has deferred the sentenced for 10 years, these terms to run concurrent to CM-16-117. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $8,476.20.

Brandon Fox Solberg, 21, Guymon: Defendant has been charged with distribution of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) within 2,000 feet of a school and minor in case CF-16-137. The court has deferred the sentenced for five years. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $898.08.
