FORT SMITH, Ark. - The University of Arkansas at Monticello volleyball team was defeated by the Lions of UAFS Tuesday evening, by a final score of 3-0 .
MATCH NOTES
Final set scores from the match were 18-25, 18-25, and 20-25 in favor of the Lions
Arkansas-Monticello drops to 1-4 on the year.
Arkansas-Fort Smith jumps to 4-1 overall this season.
SET ONE
The Lions built a 16-8 lead late in this contest, and continued to add to that advantage, out to 21-10 in the opening set.
UAM fought back into the match-up with an 8-3 run with added kills from Megan Orth, Brittany Hamilton, and Dickie.
