RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - For second time this season, Peerada Piddon has been named the Great American Conference Women's Golfer of the Week, announced by the league office on Wednesday.

Piddon earned a third-place finish at the DBU Women's Fall Classic in Dallas, Texas on Tuesday. Piddon opened the tournament by firing a 5-under-par 67 on Monday, which not only ties her personal best 18-hole score, but is also tied for the fifth lowest 18-hole score in school history. Piddon recorded a 73 (+1) in the second round to finish the rain shortened tournament with an overall score of 140 (-4) for third place. Her score of 140 (-4) ranks as the third lowest 36-hole score in program history. She finished the tournament with eight birdies, an eagle and ranked third in par three scoring with a 2.75 stroke average.

Piddon, a junior from Bangkluay, Thailand, has placed in the top-15 in all five events this fall, including three top-five finishes and one first place finish. Piddon and the Golden Suns have completed their fall portion of the season and will compete again in the spring.
