Steven Blair Steffen, Waynoka, 35: Defendant pled guilty Nov. 20, 2018, to possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS) in case CF-16-136. Defendant has been sentenced to six years under the direction and control of the Department of Corrections of the State of Oklahoma. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,090.41.

Steven Blair Steffen, Waynoka, 35: Defendant pled guilty Nov. 26, 2018, to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in case CF-18-64. Defendant has been sentenced to six years under the direction and control of the Department of Corrections of the State of Oklahoma, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and condition of probation entered by the court. These terms are to be served concurrently to CF-16-136. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $740.08.

Bonnie Marie Selvey, Fargo, 32: Defendant pled guilty Nov. 26, 2018, to child neglect in case CF-16-148. Defendant has been sentenced to five years under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $2,235.56.

Bonnie Marie Selvey, Fargo, 32: Defendant pled guilty Nov. 26, 2018, to child neglect in case CF-18-19. Defendant has been sentenced to five years under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,999.68.

Eric Paul Peralta, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 35: Defendant pled guilty Nov. 19, 2018, to burglary in the second degree in case CF-18-77. Defendant has been sentenced to a term of seven-year imprisonment; under the custody and control of Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $6,816.90.

Bonnie Marie Selvey, Fargo, 32: Defendant pled guilty Nov. 26, 2018, to DUI in case CM-18-35. Defendant has been sentenced to a term of one-year imprisonment; under the custody and control of Woods County Sheriff. These terms are to be served concurrently to CF-18-19 and CF-16-148. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,081.50.

Eric Paul Peralta, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 35: Defendant pled guilty Nov. 19, 2018, to assault and battery in case CM-18-149. Defendant has been sentenced to a term of 90 days imprisonment; under the custody and control of Woods County Sheriff. These terms are to be served consecutive to CF-18-77. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $501.50.

Timothy Lewis Johnston, Carney, 37: Defendant pled guilty 11-13-18 to petit larceny in case CM-08-160. The defendant is sentenced to a term of 5 months, 15 days under the direction and control of the Woods County Sheriff, state of Oklahoma; the said defendant will serve one day in the custody of the Woods County Sheriff’s Office, Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $4,222.39.

Cecil William Stuck, Fairview, 65: Defendant has been charged with DUI in case CM-11-68. The defendant pled guilty in counts 1 and 2 of this case and sentenced to one year suspended sentence running consecutively, in District Court and it is in the best interest of justice that counts 3 and 4 of this case be dismissed. Count 3 with costs and assessments. And count 4 without costs or assessments.

Sonya Marie Vaugh, Alva, 37: Defendant has been charged with tampering with security camera or system in case CM-15-87. The defendant has pleaded guilty in CF-15-55, CF-14-9 and CF-14-7 and has been sentenced to 5 years suspended sentenced under community sentencing program counts running concurrently, and it is in the best interest of justice that count 2 of this case be dismissed, upon payment of costs and assessments.

Sonya Marie Vaugh, Alva, 37: Defendant has been charged with making obscene, threatening or harassing telephone calls in case CM-15-237. The defendant has pleaded guilty in CF-15-55, CF-14-9 and CF-14-7 and has been sentenced to 5 years suspended sentenced under community sentencing program counts running concurrently, and it is in the best interest of justice that count 2 of this case be dismissed, upon payment of costs and assessments.

Earl Wayne Bell III, Alva 20: Defendant has been charged with bogus check in case CM-18-156. The defendant has paid outstanding bogus check restitution and fees totaling $462.Said dismissal will best serve the ends of justice upon payment of costs and assessments.
