Tony Ray Johnson Jr., Guthrie, has has been charged with domestic assault and battery by strangulation ($637.75).

Misdemeanor Filings

Draven Michael Smith, Waynoka, has been charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol – 3rd felony offense ($946.50).

Adan Guadalupe Adame, Edinburg, Texas, has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous (marijuana) and public intoxication ($725.50).

Jeffery Jerrell Stewart, Bay Springs, Mississippi, has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous (marijuana) and public intoxication ($725.50).

Jonathan Leshawn Martin, Bay Springs, Mississippi, has been charged with driving under the influence of drugs, carrying firearm while under the influence and possession of controlled (marijuana) ($1,577).

Erik Allen Ceniceros, Alva, has been charged with domestic abuse – assault and battery ($371.50).

Kyle McKenzie Barnes, Alva, has been charged with two counts of forgery - 2nd degree ($628).
