8:06 a.m. Report of a woman having trouble breathing, possibly has pneumonia. Woman transported to Bass Hospital in Enid.

8:45 a.m. Caller requesting welfare check in Carmen. Said the occupant hasn't answered several times she has tried to deliver meals. She reached the man by telephone, and he said he was too weak to answer the door.

9:42 a.m. Caller wanting to talk to someone about a fire prevention program.

12:36 p.m. Report of aggressive dog.

1:34 p.m. Request for a welfare check for a woman who has been sick and not seen for several days.

1:35 p.m. Controlled burn behind restaurant in Ingersoll.

2:00 p.m. Report of a gas meter struck behind the Bank of Kremlin. Gas company notified.

3:08 p.m. Report of loose cattle on Greer Road. Owner notified.

3:58 p.m. Report of reckless driver northbound on State Highway 132.

1:36 p.m. Caller reported hearing two loud booms and a flash of light behind her. Advised someone went to check and didn't see anything.

2:17 p.m. Caller complaining about her neighbors' dogs that will not stop barking. It's been a problem for quite a while and she would like it to stop.

5:08 p.m. Caller reporting her sister was stranded between Cherokee and Burlington on State Highway 58. States she has run out of gas and is from out of the area, so she didn't have anyone to call for help. Officer sent to help.

5:34 p.m. City worker called in to advise the road was blocked off at Ohio and Washington streets and should reopen the following day.

8:18 a.m. Controlled burn at County Road 520 and Osage.

11:51 a.m. Caller reporting the lid missing off a mailbox and the mail is blowing everywhere.

1:28 p.m. Funeral procession leaving Helena heading towards State Highway 45 and junction with State Highway 8.

2:03 p.m. Caller asking best way to Alva and how long the construction will be underway.

3:12 p.m. Controlled burn at County Road 640 and McClain.

5:23 p.m. EMS needed for male with stroke-like symptoms. Patient taken to hospital in Enid.

7:28 p.m. Report of a missing drink.

11:38 p.m. Alarm notice from security company that a burglary alarm was sounding. Keyholder not yet contacted. Attempt to contact unsuccessful.

6:28 a.m. Controlled burn of a brush pile behind Carmen City Road.

8:46 a.m. Cattle out in Grant County, but owner can't be contacted. Was able to reach the wife who will let her husband know.

9:29 a.m. Caller advised someone has backed into the door at the post office and an officer was needed.

1:23 p.m. Report of the flag falling at the post office.

7:45 p.m. Medical alert of woman falling near her garage. Ambulance en route.

8:25 p.m. Caller advises her brother has two pit bulls that the owner was looking for and was concerned the owner might think her brother took them. She requested an officer go check on the situation.

9:23 a.m. Report of a 92 year-old woman who fell and can't get up. Has no feeling on one side of her face. Ambulance en route.

11:11 a.m. Caller reporting she is out of gas on the side of the road and has three kids in the car and has no idea where she is. Officer dispatched.

4:09 p.m. Report of woman with possible broken jaw.

5:35 p.m. Report of several cows out running toward the south on County Road 640 and State Highway 45. Fence is down and owner notified.

6:40 p.m. Caller asking if there were any reports of a lost labrador dog. Dog found near motel in Cherokee.

6:59 p.m. Report of a maroon SUV driving erratically going west on Highway 11.

10:06 p.m. Report of a partial vehicle rollover due to a slick spot on road.

3:17 a.m. Caller said dogs were sniffing and growling at a door that was closed when he went to bed but is now open. He thought maybe someone was inside and requested someone come check it out.

2:15 p.m. Caller said he received a call about someone freezing his social security. He said that he was going to kill him if he didn't give him the information.

9:07 p.m. Caller needs help unlocking her car in Cherokee.

8:08 p.m. Ambulance requested for 36 year-old with asthma. First responders sent.

7:35 a.m. Ambulance needed for a 75 year-old that is taking chemo meds and needs to go to Mercy. EMS en route.
