SAU Softball's Wader named GAC Pitcher of the Week

Russellville, Ark. – The Great American Conference announced their weekly awards today, and a familiar name took home conference pitcher of the week honors.
Junior Sydney Wader received the honor for the second time this season as the Vilonia native went 3-0 on the weekend as the fifth-ranked Muleriders swept the Savage Storm.
The Louisiana-Monroe transfer pitched a pair of game one complete game shutouts on Friday and Saturday, going 13.0 innings and only allowing six hits over two starts.
Wader also came in relief for both game twos on the weekend, coming into the game in the seventh inning...
