Former Oklahoma police chief sworn in as Little Rock chief

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — A former police chief in Oklahoma and Texas has been sworn in as police chief in Arkansas' largest city.
Former Norman chief Keith Humphrey was sworn in Monday as head of the Little Rock Police Department.
Humphrey comes to Little Rock after spending the past seven years as head of the Norman police department. He spent the prior three years as police chief of Lancaster, Texas, after working as an officer in both the Fort Worth and Arlington police departments.
