Harding Men's Tennis Falls to Southeastern in GAC Tournament Finals; Awaits NCAA Announcement

BENTONVILLE, Ark. – Harding men's tennis suffered a 4-0 defeat to Southeastern Oklahoma Saturday in the finals of the Great American Conference Tournament, but the Bisons's season is likely not done yet.

Harding (13-7) ranked No. 3 in the latest NCAA Central Region Rankings and defeated No. 2 Southern Arkansas Friday in the GAC Tournament semifinals. The top four teams from the region qualify for the Central Region Tournament.

Southeastern took the doubles point with wins at No. 2 and No. 3. Harding won at No. 1. The team of Morgan Salvan and Alejandro Sendra, ranked 19th nationally, won 6-1 for their ninth consecutive victory.

Southeastern won in straight sets at No. 1, No. 4 and No. 5.
