Alva Wesleyan to hold sports camp June 10-14

Alva Wesleyan church will host a sports camp in June for area kids entering first through sixth grades. Sports offered are basketball, soccer and cheerleading. Cost is $10 per child or $25 for more than two children from the same family.
Mega Sports Camp will be held at Alva Recreation Center June 10-14 (Monday-Friday) from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
“Our theme is teamwork,” said organizer Stacy Zahorsky, “so we will be teaching each child the importance of teamwork, showing respect and exemplifying winning attitudes and actions in order to succeed both in sports and in life.”
