GREENSBORO, N.C. – For the second straight season, SWOSU Baseball had a player recognized by the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) / Rawlings All-Central Region team as senior designated hitter Rafael Villela earned a Second Team All-Region selection from the outlet on Wednesday.
The ABCA All-America team was first recognized in 1949 and now includes nine divisions: NCAA Divisions I, II and III, NAIA, NJCAA Divisions I, II and III, Pacific Association Division, and high school.
