NWOSU cross country releases 2019 slate

ALVA, Okla. – Coming off an historic season in 2018, the Northwestern Oklahoma State University cross country teams look to build the momentum going into the 2019 campaign. On Tuesday, head coach Jill Lancaster and first-year assistant coach Craig Binkley announced the schedule for the 2019 men’s and women’s cross country seasons.
The Northwestern runners will hit the course for the first time in early September when they take part in the UCO Land Run in Edmond on Sept. 7. That was will be followed the next weekend with the currently scheduled Southwestern Oklahoma State Open in Weath...
