Courtney Nichole Deeds, Garber, 38, has been charged with breaking and entering dwelling place with permission ($351.50).

Thomas Benton Weathers Jr., Alva, 53, has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and possession of paraphernalia ($815.50).
